Fire Fighting Water Supply is now a compulsory requirement for new builds in rural areas.

KP Tanks manufacture and deliver precast concrete tanks for the purpose of storing designated fire fighting water.

Required volume of water storage is generally determined by location:

  • In Northland, FENZ require 10,000L of designated storage.
  • In Auckland through to Wellington requirement is 45,000L of designated storage. (two full size water tanks).
